You asked for 08:00–13:00 on the left instead of the start time up top and “Until 13:00” underneath. Option A is literally that. B is the same information in a narrower gutter, which matters on the phone where 96px of times leaves little room for a long title like “PCR Fundamentals — Mitral Track (Batch B)”. The subtitle keeps the location either way, so nothing is lost.
One line, exactly as you described. Reads fastest, and the en dash makes it a span rather than two numbers.
